Jamie Alexander Sendles-White (born 10 April 1994) is an English-born Northern Irish professional footballer who plays as a defender for Swindon Town.

Club career

Queens Park Rangers

Sendles-White has played for Queens Park Rangers since the age of fifteen[2] and signed his first professional contract with the club on 1 January 2012, keeping him until 2013.[3] In May 2013, Sendles-White signed a contract with the club on a one-year extension.[4] In June 2014, Sendles-White then signed a one-year contract extension with the club.[5] Sendles-White was released by the club at the end of the 2014–15 season.[6]

On 20 September 2013, Sendles-White joined Colchester United on a one-month loan,[7] but he failed to make an appearance.[8]

He then went on to join Mansfield Town on loan again in October 2014,[9] and had his loan extended the following month.[10] Sendles-White made his Football League debut on 11 October 2014 at Fratton Park in a 1–1 away draw against Portsmouth in League Two.[11] Sendles-White went on to make seven appearance before being recalled by his parent club on 8 December 2014.[12]

After leaving Queens Park Rangers, Sendles-White went on trial at Swindon Town.[13]

Hamilton Academical

He signed for Scottish Premiership club Hamilton Academical in August 2015.[14] On 7 November 2015, Sendles-White made his Hamilton debut in a 2–0 away defeat against Heart of Midlothian, replacing Jesús García Tena in the 37th minute.[15] A couple of weeks later, Sendles-White made his first start for Hamilton in their 1–1 draw with Aberdeen, featuring for the entire 90 minutes.[16]

On 29 January 2016, Sendles-White's contract at the club was terminated.[17]

Swindon Town

On 16 February 2016, Sendles-White signed for Swindon Town, agreeing a contract until the end of the 2015–16 season.[18] Four days later, Sendles-White made his Swindon debut in their 3–2 victory against Blackpool, featuring for the entire 90 minutes.[19] On 11 May 2016, Sendles-White signed a new one-year deal at the club after impressing within his first few months.[20] On 17 September 2016, Sendles-White was ruled out for the remainder of the 2016–17 campaign after he ruptured the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee following a collision with Tom Pope in Swindon's 2–1 defeat against Bury.[21]

International career

Having made three appearance for Northern Ireland U19, Sendles-White was called up by Northern Ireland U21 on 17 May 2013.[22] Sendles-White made his Northern Ireland U21 debut on 30 May 2013, in a 3-0 loss against Cyprus U21.[23][24]
