Joseph A. Trillo (born 1943) is an Italian-American politician who is a Republican State Representative from Rhode Island representing District 24 in the city of Warwick, Rhode Island. He was named Deputy Minority Leader in 2006.

Trillo is also the National Committeeman for the Rhode Island Republican Party.

Trillo has formed an exploratory committee to run for Governor in 2010.
