Danish Sait (born 1 July 1988) is an Indian actor, comedian, screenwriter, Radio and Television host.[1] A graduate in Visual Communication from Dr G R Damodaran College of Science, Coimbatore. Danish Sait is most widely known for his prank calls, his appearances as Mr. Nags with Royal Challengers Bangalore[2] and for portraying the fictional character Nograj.[3]

Early life

Danish Sait was born on 1 July 1988 in Mysore, Karnataka and raised by his mother Yasmin Sait. Danish finished his schooling and PUC from The Frank Anthony Public School and Coorg Public School respectively. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Visual communication from Dr G R Damodaran College of Science, Coimbatore. His sister Kubra Sait is a well-known actress, anchor and television host.

Career

In August 2010 he went to Bahrain to pursue his first job as a Radio host. He worked with Radio Voice 104.2 FM for a Year, before heading to Dubai in 2011 to join Radio Spice 105.4 FM. He returned home in 2012 and joined Fever 104 FM as a producer. Besides writing content for the station, he launched his first comedy capsule called Koffee With Kiran. His idea of prank calls based programme, Supari in Fever 104 FM, which was played in three cities Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad. His prank calls have generated over 35 Million plays on SoundCloud. Nograj was among the characters voiced by Danish on his prank call Show - Supari.[4] Danish further developed Mr. Nags with Royal Challengers Bangalore,[5] and brought one of his prank call voices to life as Humble Politician Nograj. Nograj is the voice of treason and is a representation of the corrupt and evil politician.[6] The character has lived its course on the radio, the internet, and is now being featured in a film titled - Humble Politician Nograj.[7]
