It's so easy to fix this. Just see [[WP:TEMPLATE]], god damnit! You should insert the name of the page into a pair of curly brackets, not copy the entire wikicode of the template... It should be <nowiki>{{User he}}</nowiki> and <nowiki>{{User en-3}}</nowiki>, not the mess you've created.
