Eritrean label

Aman is obviously labelled eritrean by propagandists loyal to the monarchy. Labeling him an outsider makes them feel better. We need to watch editors who try to impose bias to further an agenda. Eritrea was part of Ethiopia at the time, therefore it makes no sense of labeling the individual an eritrean. Eritrean isnt an ethnicity nor is Ethiopian. Eritrea has several ethnic groups including Afar people. Use his actual ethnicity not his nationality and eritrea can not be a nationality if its under Ethiopia during this period. Duqsene (talk) 08:41, 15 December 2017 (UTC)

Annexation(especially illegal) of a territory does not change the Nationality of the People's lands annexed. Take for example, the Palestinians are not Israelis. "Ethnicity" is different from nationality, however in this case, Gen. Andom is Ethnically of the Tigrinyas hence which makes him of the Nationality of Eritrean. Also Gen. Andom was not a Ethiopian national since he was from Eritrea during colonisation, therefore your argument that he is "Ethiopian" because by the time he was Gen.Andom, Eritrea was annexed , does not change his Nationality. Infact, his assassination by the Ethiopian-dominated(no other Eritreans) Dergue was due to the fact that he did Not want to continue a War against his Nationals (Eritreans). Duqusene, Gen. Eritrea existed before it's annexation to Ethiopia therefore your argument or any of your Ethiopianist agenda folks arguments claiming that "Eritrea was a 'always a part of Ethiopia'" has been showing to be a myth and bold face Lie! Ethiopia as a country was consolidated in 1900 with Treaties with Italy, England, France. Eritrea as a distinct polity goes back to and before Medri Bahri. Are you Eritrean? My advice to you is if nationalism hinders your ability to edit in a neutral manner, its best you not edit wikipedia. Your pushing a theme that Ethiopian government is a terrorist entity on other articles. I have dealt with Ethiopian nationalists before and recommended they be banned.
