:::"Mockingbird" is not a lead single, it is a fifth single. "Superman" is a third single, again, not a lead single. "Survival" is a second single. "Beautiful" is a fifth single. You're providing literally no retort whatsoever. Good talk. [[User:BlaccCrab|BlaccCrab]] ([[User talk:BlaccCrab|talk]]) 00:13, 19 December 2017 (UTC)

::::As I noted in the diff given above, his [https://www.billboard.com/music/Eminem/chart-history/hot-100 US song chart history link] doesn't make any distinctions between what charted songs were/weren't singles or say which albums they were from, so you went against WP:SYNTH by using it to make an assertion that it didn't state or even suggest. In case it wasn't already clear, you cannot just presume songs are singles solely because they charted. ::::: Gasping at straws at it's absolute finest. Billboard doesn't tell you which charting songs were lead singles (even though wikipedia does) so you want to dismiss the information, when you both know it's his first one since 1999 not to crack top 10 by glimpsing at his discography page for 2 minutes. Pop-rap

This is undoubtedly a pop-rap song. Stop reverting it to hip-hop. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Blsupr (talkcontribs) 23:15, 10 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

First off, sign your comments, second, genres must be sourced. You can't just added a genre because you think that "this is undoubtedly a pop-rap song." On Wikipedia, genres should not be based off your opinion or my opinion. They should be supported by reliable sources. Stop adding pop-rap without a source! Bowling is life (talk) 01:26, 11 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Nice attitude you have there bud. Since when are genres sourced? ~~nope~~ — Preceding unsigned comment added by Blsupr (talkcontribs) 08:10, 11 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Genres have always needed a source. They are not supposed to be based of the opinion of the editor. That would fall under original research. Bowling is life (talk) 13:20, 11 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Why did no one capitalize the first genre? That's giving me an aneurysm. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Souljia 1991 (talkcontribs) 20:33, 11 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Also, I agree with the other guy who thinks this is pop-rap. There are definitely elements of pop-rap in the song, but still, please cite appropriate sources. Souljia 1991 (talk) 20:35, 11 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Missing top 10 on Billboard

This is not up for debate. All of his other lead singles charted in the top 10 except "Just Don't Give a Fuck" in 1999. It is sourced with his complete chart history. Another editor already agrees. The two of you fanboying and trying to get me blocked for providing information with a reliable source is ridiculous. The only people edit warring are the ones erasing information from the commercial performance section. BlaccCrab (talk) 00:02, 19 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Unless I'm missing something a good few of his songs haven't reached Top 100 (Mockingbird, You dont know, mockingbird, Superman, Survival, Beautiful etc etc etc) so I honestly fail to see why this would need to be mentioned ? .... Also can we stop with the "fanboy" bs - I like the rapper and I like the song but that doesn't mean I'm bias on what's included and not included. –Davey2010Talk 00:08, 19 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
You've taken things the wrong way, BlaccCrab, and your addition violated WP:SYNTH. See my comments here for details. Snuggums (talk / edits) 00:12, 19 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
