Wesley 'Wes' Karl Duncan, (born in 1980 in Sonora, California),[1] is a Nevada attorney, Republican politician and a Major is the U.S. Air Force Reserve. He served as First Assistant Attorney General of Nevada from 2014 to 2016 and as a Republican member of the Nevada Assembly from 2013 to 2014. He also practices military law as an Air Force Judge Advocate at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, NV.[2]

After high school, Wes stayed home to attend community college while earning an AA from Columbia College. He later transferred to University of California, Berkeley, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree.
Wes later attended The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law, where he received his law degree.[2]
Military Service
After graduating from law school, Wes was commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force.
