Andorra

User:Marianocecowski reverted a recent change with the message "Andorra not part of the Iberian Peninsula!". Although it may be debatable whether Andorra is part of the peninsula or not, it recently became a member of the Organizacion de Estados Iberoamericanos [1], so I think it's worth mentioning both in the article text and in the figure caption.--Itub 18:45, 17 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
