This is a list of active German Navy ships as of December 2016. There are approximately 65 ships in commission including; 10 frigates, 5 corvettes, 3 minesweepers, 10 minehunters, 6 submarines, 11 replenishment ships and 20 miscellaneous auxiliary vessels.
