The 10th grade indulge in a monthly trip to the local Krispy Kreme. They meet many unique faces, including Shaquille O' Neal. There are also special activities at the Yeshiva campus. The bachurim wonder why these activities aren't for 4th graders.

Yeshiva Ohr Yisrael of Atlanta is a private, Orthodox Jewish high school located in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.[1] It is both a traditional Yeshiva and a fully accredited college preparatory high school for boys in grades 9-12.

Rebbeim

The Yeshiva has an esteemed list of Rebbeim, including Rabbi Newberger, Tkatch, Estriecher, Alon, Adler, Foxbrunner, Gopin, and future Gadol Hador Chaim Pollock

Teachers

Our great general studies faculty include; Charles Carter III, a renowned literature teacher; Christopher Madison Ellis, one of the greatest mathematicians of the age; Dr. Moses Katz, another renowned literature and English teacher; William Pascal Ellis III, is a historian who has been in the history teaching field for over 30 years; Dr. Mark Yates PhD, a neuro-scientist, but his PhD is in teaching; David Jaffe, a fantastic geometry teacher; Phil Silverman, teaches a variety of subjects including, but not limited to, riddles, Calculus, and Algebra I; and of course our renowned general studies principal, Wayne M Dennis, originally from the Jamaica Plain, who has been a teacher and administrator in the national schooling system for over a decade.
