Someone messed around with the Silver Age Zod entry. I have restored the text based on the prior 2 entries, which only conflict in a matter of grammar, I believe. At any rate, the content has been restored, but not the formatting.

== Donner Zod ==

The only reference I can find to this is [http://www.newsarama.com/SDCC06/DC/action_D_G.html this] Newsarama interview in which Donner says "We are kind of doing what we’d do for our take on another movie with the first arc. You’ll probably eventually see Bizarro, Zod, Parasite, and some of the other classics re-imagined down the line too." 'Probably eventually' is not 'confirmed' by any stretch, so I think this section should be deleted unless someone can find a concrete reference. [[User:Cerv|Cerv]] 01:40, 22 November 2006 (UTC)

Allies

Is there any particular reason why Zod's allies from Superman II are at Ursa (villain) and Non (Superman II)? It seems to me that they ought to both have the same parenthetical disambig, but I'm not sure which of them to move. Any thoughts? —Josiah Rowe (talkcontribs) 00:33, 20 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

The Ursa entry seems to suggest that she was an existing character from the comics, while Non was just in the films. (This, I assume, is the reason for the difference). However, I'm not sure that's true.
I think moving them *both* to "<name> (Superman villain)" might be the way to go, but I'm not sure. Daibhid C 23:08, 27 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Overlinking

Is there any reason why things such as "Phantom Zone" and "Superman" have to be linked over and over and over again, not just in the same paragraph, but the entire article? I just feel its overkill. And I am linking them on this discussion page to illustrate my point. --vi 02:04, 30 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed. Daibhid C 19:14, 3 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
personally, i wish that linkable words were always linked in articles. if i'm reading something in the end of a long article i don't want to have to go scrolling up to find the spot where it is linked. --dan 06:32, 4 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I can see that, but when "Phantom Zone" "Superman" and "Kryptonian" occur six times in one paragraph, and are linked every time, it actually makes it a bit difficult to read, IMO. A look at similar articles suggests that significant words are someimes linked once in each section, which might be the way to go here? Daibhid C 21:44, 4 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Random Stupidity

Someone messed around with the Silver Age Zod entry. I have restored the text based on the prior 2 entries, which only conflict in a matter of grammar, I believe. At any rate, the content has been restored, but not the formatting. JDudeman 20:40, 9 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Donner Zod

The only reference I can find to this is this Newsarama interview in which Donner says "We are kind of doing what we’d do for our take on another movie with the first arc. You’ll probably eventually see Bizarro, Zod, Parasite, and some of the other classics re-imagined down the line too." 'Probably eventually' is not 'confirmed' by any stretch, so I think this section should be deleted unless someone can find a concrete reference. Cerv 01:40, 22 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
