Speedy deletion of :Caitlin Day Huntress
A tag has been placed on :Caitlin Day Huntress requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding <code>hangon</code> to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. <!-- Template:Db-bio-notice --> <!-- Template:Db-csd-notice-custom --> X Marx The Spot (talk) 04:41, 29 April 2008 (UTC)

Your draft article, Living Organization
Hello, Caelanmac. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "The Living Organization".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply User:Caelanmac/The Living Organization and remove the db-afc, db-draft, or db-g13 code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. <!-- Template:Db-draft-notice --><!-- Template:Db-csd-notice-custom --> TheSandDoctor (talk) 20:04, 14 September 2017 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on of sales, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the . <!-- Template:Db-spam-notice --> <!-- Template:Db-csd-notice-custom --> Legacypac (talk) 01:26, 13 February 2018 (UTC)

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Mike Rayburn, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. COI

You have an obvious conflict of interest, please don't write about yourself friends or family. Note that if you work directly or indirectly for a person or organisation, or otherwise are acting on their behalf, you are very strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. If you are paid directly or indirectly by the person or organisation you are writing about, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Caelanmac. The template Paid can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: . If you are being compensated, please provide the required disclosure. Note that editing with a COI is discouraged, but permitted as long as it is declared. Concealing a COI can lead to a block. Please do not edit further until you respond to this message.

Also read the following regarding writing an article

 • you must provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that he meets the notability guidelines. Sources that are not acceptable include those linked to him or his organisation, press releases, YouTube, IMDB, social media and other sites that can be self-edited, blogs, websites of unknown or non-reliable provenance, and sites that are just reporting what the he claims or interviewing him. Note that references should be in-line so we can tell what fact each is supporting, and should not be bare urls
 • Your refs were mainly not independent third-party sources.
 • you must write in a non-promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic, not just promoting him.
 • there shouldn't be any url links in the article, only in the "References" or "External links" sections.
 • you must not copy text from elsewhere. Copyrighted text is not allowed in Wikipedia, as outlined in this policy. That applies even to pages created by you or your organisation, unless they state clearly and explicitly that the text is public domain. We require that text posted here can be used, modified and distributed for any purpose, including commercial; text is considered to be copyright unless explicitly stated otherwise. There are ways to donate copyrighted text to Wikipedia, as described here; please note that simply asserting on the talk page that you are the owner of the copyright, or you have permission to use the text, isn't sufficient.

Before attempting to write an article again, please make sure that the topic meets the notability criteria linked above, and check that you can find independent third party sources. Also read Your first article. You must also reply to the COI request above

Once you have clarified any COI, I'm prepared in principle to restore as a draft, but you should be aware that unless you meet the notability criteria above, it will never get off the ground Jimfbleak - talk to me? 05:51, 29 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Response

Thanks for the feedback. I did collect a number of third-party sources, and one of them was IMDB, I was unaware that was not accepted. There were a number of references from other reputable publications, and the primary reason I would like the page restored is because I did not save those links elsewhere, and I would like to review what I have written.

The subject of this article is my client, and I will make note of this appropriately. (I'd like to take more time to review the COI requirements before describing exactly how I will do that.) I primarily work on his website, and I wanted to try my hand at a Wikipedia article. I am new at this, and learning, and I am happy to meet the requirements as they are laid out. If I can eventually produce an article that meets the notability requirements, and sufficiently discloses COI, it would be great to publish it here.

If not, at the very least I would like to review the draft that I have written. If you could please restore it, I would be most appreciative. Caelanmac (talk) 06:35, 29 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
