Although a phantom may seem rude or in some cases insensitive, rules[citation needed] state that you cannot be angry at the phantom but instead respect the sacred act. Phantoms are not easy to perform and have been known to be committed in some exceptionally difficult circumstances to avoid certain individuals or activities.

Aspects of the phantom include, stealth, timing, speed and anticipation. With these skills combined a person has the potential to perfect the art of the phantom.
