Tapan Acharya[1] (born 2 August 1981) is a popular Indian actor, writer, producer and director. Who is known for his work in Marathi, Konkani Cinema. He is best known for his work in konkani movie Martin (2017 film), Aleesha (film).[2] and he also worked as state youth icon for Election Commission of India to increase awareness in voters of Goa. [3]

Early life

Tapan Acharya was born in Goud Saraswat Brahmin family in a Small village Loliem-Polem towards Southern Boundary of the state Goa. he did his schooling in his village school Shri Damodar Vidhalaya, and completed his graduation from Shri Damodar College of Commerce and Economics, Margao, South-Goa. While perusing degree in law from G.R Kare Law college he also completed PG dip in Mgt studies. He has sound knowledge in Astrology, Numerology, Vedas, Mythology. He holds various diploma and certificates in Gemology, Astrology & Vedic studies..[4]
