The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, such as the edit you made to Kelly Services, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Hi MrOllie, Thanks for reaching out and explaining.

I have been editing the Kelly Services page thus far on behalf of Kelly Services, and now realize that I need to disclose this information on my user page. Thank you for informing me.

I also appreciate you informing me of the process to go through to edit the Kelly Services page rather than directly editing it. So in terms of proposing changes, in a case where I have prewritten elements of a proposed updated version of the wikipedia page with references, would it be best to leave a comment on the Talk page outlining some of the information that I'd be trying to add to the page and seeking approval?
