Biography
Carolann Page was born in Odessa, Texas to conductor Robert Page and Carnegie Mellon voice teacher Glynn Page.[1][2] She grew up in Philadelphia and studied voice there at the Curtis Institute of Music.[3] She has had a prolific career in theater, opera, and pops orchestra throughout various houses in New York and worldwide. She has taught voice at the Manhattan School of Music, New York University, and, currently, at Westminster College of the Arts of Rider University.[1] Her sister, Paula Page, is a professor of harp at Rice University and her son, Alexander Gemingani, is a Broadway actor and musical director.[4][5]
