Her book, 15 Minutes With You: Interviews With Smiths/Morrissey Collaborators and Famous Fans (2015), is a compendium of interviews with individuals associated with the singer Morrissey taken over a three-year period.[9][10] According to a report in Kilburn Times, Hamill first saw Morrissey in 1985, when she was 13 years old. "Moz Army"
Julie Hamill is the founding member of the "Moz Army" online community that celebrates all things Morrissey. It began via a Twitter page in 2009, uses the "#MozArmy" hashtag and now has just under 4300 followers.[16] The growth and popularity of this community lead to an annual "MozArmy Meet" being established by Hamill in 2013.
