Career

Felts was the Chief Brand and Marketing Officer of KAABOO.[6][7][8][9] Later, it was acquired by Virgin Fest in September 2019, which is led by Felts.[10] Felts raised $10 million for KAABOO through Virgin Fest to buy the festival.[11] In 2019, Felts expanded KAABOO to Dallas, Texas, and the Cayman Islands.[12] [10] [13][5] In November 2013, Felts also started Mumbai-based Virgin Produced India, a collaboration between Indian Cinema Capital Venture Fund, Virgin Produced by Richard Branson, and Los Angeles-based Tantrik Group.[14]

Felts co-produced Romance & Cigarettes with Justin Berfield under J2 Pictures.[15] Felts also oversaw the creation and production of the Virgin America in-flight “Safety Dance” video recognized by Clio[16], Webby[17]and Shorty Awards.[18]
