Bagong Umaga (transl. New Morning) is an upcoming Philippine drama television series to broadcast by Kapamilya Channel and A2Z. The series will premiere on the channel's Kapamilya Gold afternoon block and worldwide via The Filipino Channel on October 26, 2020, replacing Love Thy Woman.[1]

Production
The drama was first unveiled in June 12, 2020 as Cara Y Cruz, with Julia Barretto, Loisa Andalio, Ronnie Alonte and Marco Gumabao initially being part of the series.[3]
On September 30, after Julia Barretto's transfer to Viva Artists Agency, it was confirmed that she was no longer part of the series, along with Loisa Andalio and Ronnie Alonte. Later on, the series was renamed to Bagong Umaga.[4]
