Kutni Dam is a large dam in Chhatarpu district. It is located in Khajwa, Madhya Pradesh, India. It is 7 km from Rajnagar, 12 km from Khajuraho and 40 km from Chhatarpur District. The dam is famous for its beauty and vastness.
Facilities
The dam is 25 metres high and lies across the Kutni River. It acts as a water supply for villages, towns and cities in the area.[1] There is a proposal to increase the supply of water available for irrigation by building a canal on the left bank of Bariarpur, drawing water from the Ken River.
Kutni Island Resort is nearby[2] in Khajwa.

Fully Submerged village
A Daharra village fully submerged in kutni dam has been displaced and lost their geographical existence from the map.
