Sophie Mayer is the author of Political Animals: The New Feminist Cinema, The Cinema of Sally Potter: A Politics of Love, and co-editor of There She Goes: Feminist Filmmaking and Beyond (with Corinn Columpar) and Lo personal es politico (with Elena Oroz) for Punto de Vista International Documentary Film Festival. She is a regular contributor to Sight & Sound and The F-Word, and a co-curator with Club des Femmes.
