Busfest is owned and produced by Vanfest Ltd - Simon Holloway owns the event
English ist not my first language, so my question may be nonsense. I am wondering if an event can be "owned" by a person or club. An event such as the busfest is formed by the people atttending it. Not the Club is "producing" it, the people who attend are (if the term "production" is even applicable). Is there such thing as an ownership of an event? Sure - the event is organized by someone, someone may have name-rights etc. So is it a thing in English to call the organizers of an event "Owner"?
And even if yes, who owns it? Vanfest Ltd or Simon Holloway? --Soulman (talk) 12:08, 23 February 2021 (UTC)
