Dear Marchijuly,
thank you for editing the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giacomo_Piscicelli voice.
I tried as you did to use the "Interlanguage link" feature, as outlined in the Wikilink https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Interlanguage_links#Inline_links voice, to insert a link to the https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piscicelli_(famiglia) voice.
Unfortunately, as you can see by reading the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giacomo_Piscicelli voice now, the Interlanguage link does not seem to work in this case.
I had to revert to the link as you found it.
Please let me know what I shuold do.
If we cannot find a solution, if you don't mind I shall temporarily revert to my wording on April 3d.
Please let me know how better I should do.

Hi Floridasso. I'm not sure what you mean because the language link is working exactly as it should work when Template:Interlanguage link is being used. Let me try and explain what is going on.
There currently doesn't exist any English Wikipedia page about "Piscicelli", "Piscicelli (famiglia)" or the "Piscicelli family". So, when you try to add a internal wikilink to a non-existing page, you get a WP:REDLINK. This is why when you try to add a link to the article using the syntax [[Piscicelli]], [[Piscicelli family]], [[Piscicelli (famiglia)|Piscicelli family]] or [[Piscicelli (family)|Piscicelli]], it looks like Piscicelli, Piscicelli (famiglia), or Piscicelli family. Sometimes a red link is OK as explained in WP:REDYES because it tells the reader that there's currently might not be an English Wikipedia article about this subject, but there might be would created about it someday because the subject seems to be Wikipedia notable. If someone someday creates such an article, then the read link will automatically turn blue.
What you first tried to do was this, but that didn't work because you were trying to create an internal wikilink to a non-existing article, which won't work. You then tried to create an interlanguage link from "Piscielli" to the Italian Wikipedia article it:Piscicelli (famiglia) with this edit, but that didn't work because you didn't use Template:Interlanguage link correcty. Finally, you tried to fix things with this edit and that did create a "blue link", but that link is misleading because it doesn't link to any exisitng articles on English Wikipedia like a typical blue link is expected to do; it links to the article on Italian Wikipedia instead. This is what is meant by the very last sentence in WP:ILL#Inline links (links in the text of the article). The syntax [[:it:Piscicelli (famiglia)|Piscielli]] is not preferred way to try and add an interlanguage link because it hides the fact that the English Wikipedia is missing and article about the Piscicelli family, and because it can be very unexpected for someone who doesn't speak Italian to suddenly be sent to an Italian page when they click on the link.
The only thing I did was to fix the mistake you made when you initially tried to use the "Interlanguage link" template as explained at Template:Interlanguage link/doc#Link to one foreign language. I changed the syntax to {{interlanguage link|Piscicelli|it|Piscicelli (famiglia)}} with this edit which looks like Piscicelli. There is now a red link to "Piscicelli" because no English Wikipedia article of that name exist, but there is blue link (i.e. the blue "it") which links to the article on Italian Wikipedia. This a better way to add an interlanguage link to the article. It would actually probably be even better to format the link syntax as {{interlanguage link|Piscicelli (family)|lt=Piscicelli|it|Piscicelli (famiglia)}} to avoid any problems that might happen if page titled "Piscielli" is created that has nothing to do with the "Piscicelli family. A link formatted this way would still look like Piscicelli [it], but there's an important difference in the syntax. Formatting the interlanguage link this way is almost the same as adding the piped link syntax [[Piscicelli (family)|Piscicelli]] to the article. In this case, the link will only turn blue when someone creates an English Wikipedia page titled "Piscicelli (family)".
Finally, I've removed the WP:SEEALSO section from the article because a "See also" section shouldn't contain red links or redundant links as explained in WP:NOTSEEALSO. -- Marchjuly (talk) 22:50, 31 March 2021 (UTC)
Dear Marchijuly,
I feel very lucky that i met such a patient and, allow me, competent tutor.
It now remains that, when surfing on the word "Piscicelli", you are prompted a message "Piscicelli (page does not exist)".
This is diminishing to Wikipedia, a worldwide enciclopedia, since the page does exist in Wikipedia, albeit in another language (a general user will most probably not notice the small "[it]" sign which would lead him to the page.
Is there any solution to this?

I believe the "Page does not exist" message is only meant for editors reading English Wikipedia who are looking for English Wikipedia articles. I believe that a similar message is used by other Wikipedias for their readers; for example, Giacomo Piscicelli exists on English Wikipedia, but it:Giacomo Piscicelli doesn't exist on Italian Wikipedia. I don't know whether there's any way to fix such a problem other than by creating an English Wikipedia page for "Piscicelli" or an Italian Wikipedia page for "Giacomo Piscielli". You might, however, want to start a discussion about this at Wikipedia:Village pump (idea lab) and see what others think. -- Marchjuly (talk) 11:33, 1 April 2021 (UTC)

Hi S Tallim. I removed the email messages you posted in your post. You probably shouldn't be posting email messages containing your email address and the email addresses of others anywhere on Wikipedia for the reasons explained in WP:REALWORLD. Pretty much any Wikipedia page is visible to the general public which means someone could take the information you post and use it improperly in some way. You should also try to avoid posting the personal information of any editor or anyone you've been dealing with out in the real world anywhere on Wikipedia because it could be seen as a form of WP:OUTING no matter how well-meaning you are. I don't want to anyone to mistakenly think that I bear any responsibility for their personal information being posted just because it was posted on my user talk page. If you forwarded the same communictions [sic] to Wikimedia OTRS, then Wikimedia OTRS will take care of things. However, you should be aware that Wikimedia OTRS doesn't accept forwarded permissions email; so, you'll probably receive a reply from Wikimedia OTRS asking that the copyright holder of the image email Wikimedia OTRS themselves. -- Marchjuly (talk) 21:30, 6 April 2021 (UTC)

@S Tallim: I'm not an OTRS volunteer so I am not able to resolve any issues you may be having with the email that was sent in. If you want to seek further assistance about this, you can try WP:OTRSN or c:COM:OTRSN; however, you need to understand that OTRS volunteers cannot discuss the details of the emails they receive with anyone other than the person who sent the email or other OTRS volunteers; moreover, they won't even discuss things with the person who sent the email anywhere on a public website like Wikipedia or Commons.
Now, for some other things about Wikipedia and Commons. First, when someone posts a message for you on your Wikipedia user talk page or your Commons user talk page and you want to respond, the best thing to generally do is to respond right below that message. This keeps everything in one place and makes it much easier for others to follow. You don't need to and really shouldn't respond by a starting a new discussion on the other editor's use talk page because this fragments the discussion and makes things harder to follow. So, if someone posts a message to you on your user talk page, please try to respond there.
Next, it's generally not a good idea to post the contents of private emails you are exchanging with other persons anywhere on Wikipedia. You may accidentally include some personal information that isn't allowed to be posted that will require the content to be revision deleted or suppressed. Even if you don't post any such sensitive information, you still might be betraying the trust of the other person involved in the email exchange because they might've have intended for you to read the email. Whether that's will be an issue between you and the other person is for to decide, but there are often ways to describe or summarize what is written in an email without copying-and-pasting the entire email onto some Wikipedia page. Anyway, I kindly request that you don't post any more copies of emails on any of my user talk page from hereon. Even if there are not privacy or copyright issues involved, there's most likely no reason that I would need to see the contents or the email since probably little I could do to resolve any issues it might discuss. -- Marchjuly (talk) 23:21, 14 April 2021 (UTC)

You’re welcome. My apologies for not acknowledging your post sooner. It probably would have been OK for your just to post your response at User talk:PensRule11385#MOS:SECTIONCAPS to keep everything in one place though. I saw that you addressed this issue in the two articles I mentioned in my post, but their are other instances of it too it different hockey season articles you also created.
