I'm a longtime editor, but I don't understand the process with bots and repairs. I have repaired one of the faulty links myself. If there's anything more I should do in this regard, please specify here.Kotabatubara (talk) 15:41, 3 January 2018 (UTC)

Perhaps garbled version of "Ça ira" ?

Perhaps the phrase originated as a garbling of the expression "Ça ira" (French: "it'll be fine") "an emblematic song of the French Revolution, first heard in May 1790."
