Ethos Capital is an American private equity investment firm founded in 2019 and based in Boston, Massachusetts. Ethos Capital was established to make majority and control minority investments in middle-market companies, primarily across North America and Europe. The organization is led by Erik Brooks[1] and Fadi Chehadé.[2] In 2021, Ethos Capital completed an investment to acquire a controlling interest in Donuts, a domain name registrar with a wide portfolio of new gTLDs, from Abry Partners, where Brooks had been managing partner.[3][4]

Former ICANN CEO Fadi Chehadé registered the domain name ethoscapital.org in May 2019, one day after price caps were lifted from the .org domain.[5][6]
