Learning to edit Wikipedia
Hi, Aojconnor. Don't worry about the test edits. Just in future please remember to only use your sandbox for such tests. Just so you know, I've reverted your edit to Arbovirus (band) because it broke a lot of the article's formatting. You didn't do anything wrong, but can I suggest you check out The Wikipedia Adventure before continuing to edit? You can also check out The Teahouse, where you can ask all sorts of questions to experienced editors.
If you have any questions for me, you can get my attention by including the template {{ping|Tamzin}}
in your reply, or by leaving a message at my talk page. Thanks. -- Tamzin[cetacean needed] (she/they) 09:43, 24 January 2022 (UTC)
- thanks
- i am a student at manor community i know the facts there okay? @Tamzin: Aojconnor (talk) 10:54, 24 January 2022 (UTC)
- Understood, but if you would like to add information to the article, it will have to be cited to reliable sources that other editors have some way to verify. Does that make sense? -- Tamzin[cetacean needed] (she/they) 10:56, 24 January 2022 (UTC)
- mr kirtly the principle is the best one @Tamzin: Aojconnor (talk) 10:57, 24 January 2022 (UTC)
- Other editors won't be able to verify things you say sourced to him, so I'm afraid you can't use him as a source. For something like the student body, if he's written a blog post or something that gives that number, that might be okay to cite. -- Tamzin[cetacean needed] (she/they) 11:00, 24 January 2022 (UTC)

Hello, I'm ScottishFinnishRadish. An edit that you recently made to Talk:Subhas Chandra Bose seemed to be a test and has been reverted. If you want to practice editing, please use your sandbox. Please stop your disruptive editing.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Khin Ma Ma Maw, you may be blocked from editing. ScottishFinnishRadish (talk) 13:18, 27 January 2022 (UTC)
