There are no relations between these countries, as Kazakhstan does not recognise Kosovo. This fact is already covered in International_recognition_of_Kosovo#Entities_that_have_not_recognised_Kosovo_as_an_independent_state. As per Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Cape Verde–Kosovo relations. LibStar (talk) 00:13, 12 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Really, the only cost that the article and the description in International recognition of Kosovo might drift out of sync. But, the cost of a redirect is also very small; the page name will still exist, ready to be expanded in case new reliable sources become available to motivate a stand-alone article on the subject. • Delete. The standard for a stand alone article is significant coverage in reliable independent sources, and I'm not seeing that. Yilloslime (talk) 20:58, 19 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. There is no significant coverage of their relations. Only few sources on statements made about each other. Vanjagenije (talk) 21:54, 19 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Redirect to International recognition of Kosovo - I would propose a Merge, but the target article already contains all of the relevant information contained in this article. Functionally, I don't see that the subject of the article meets WP:GNG. Suriname0 (talk) 20:25, 20 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
