Redundant to List of important operas.

The two articles share identical scope (though not content: this one is an indiscriminately bloated and completely unreferenced assortment, the other one is a Featured List). I see no prospects for a merger so this one has to go. – Finnusertop (talk ⋅ contribs) 07:47, 17 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Keep – This list is not redundant. It is more inclusive than the List of important operas. It is a helpful encyclopedic compendium/almanac of a wide range of operas, and its red links are useful to identify missing articles. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 09:51, 17 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
