It's actually not non-free, but someone needs to just contact them and get them to state that. When I uploaded the logo (and their pamphlet, which has since been deleted), I asked beforehand and was told all their materials are free to republish as long as not modified. Delete per nom. As uploader I have no objections to its deletion. There is indeed no sourced discussion of the period when the station held this logo, so it does not provide any contextual significance.
