Seems to be released for Wikipedia only with a deal to give credit in the article where it is used (which is done in all 3 articles where it is used). Keep: I can't see what you mean by there being plenty of free images available, as far as I can see there are no other similar diagram pictures of the Panther tank on Wikipedia. The point is moot anyway since the author of the file has specifically given permission for its use, so I don't known why anyone would be worried about copyright. If you can provide a free alternative 3-point view schematic of this tank then by all means upload it, until then, this should stay. --Hibernian (talk) 12:47, 25 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

See http://www.doyle.com.au/chiefs_patron.html. Image is a new work, under new copyright. The idea of the arms is old, but the image is not. There is no information provided that proves or even assumes as to how this work could be free for use. Also, the image is not a logo, which is was initially listed under.
