The result was no consensus. Although a vote-count would suggest that consensus is in favor of deletion, many of the arguments for removal are very weak or even non-existent. –Juliancolton | Talk 00:33, 14 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Lacking notability, fails WP:V, all the news coverage are NF-Board statistics. Hammersfan, 04/10/09 19.54 BST

- Keep: Might be a good idea to adopt an all-or-none policy with these teams Template:NF-Board teams. Most articles seem to exist quite happily, though West Papua national football team is currently nominated for speedy deletion. Google does turn up bits and pieces of "coverage". - Comment: I'd be happy to keep this article, and the West Papua one, if there was some degree of consistency. However, I recently wrote an article, properly referenced so there was no danger of it failing on those grounds, on the team representing the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, and that was deleted on the grounds that it "wasn't notable enough". I raised the issue that these two articles were not up for deletion, but was told that didn't matter as each case should be looked at individually, even though these two seemingly have even less of a case. - Delete- Doesn't seem to be more notable than Chechnya Spiderone 13:14, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete - one of many unofficial 'national' teams that have nothing notable about them. GiantSnowman 14:25, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Keep. NF-board games had had significant media coverage, more than domestic cup competitions in many countries. --SM (talk) 00:16, 8 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
