All that I can is one trivial mention, non-reliable sources, and reprints of Wikipedia. She doesn't even have an IMDB page. Her being married to the 6th richest man in Singapore does not show this actress's notability. Fails WP:ENT. Joe Chill (talk) 00:55, 2 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Weak keep. Huge amounts of coverage in The Straits Times in the early 1990s, nowhere else in English. She's probably notable, it's just hard to find Singaporean sources. Noisalt (talk) 20:02, 2 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion so consensus may be reached.

- Comment - This looks like a subject that needs an editor familiar with Chinese(?) to be able to research sources. As a blog, this is of course not a reliable source, but it does give some indication that the subject may have been a notable actress. Based on a search for "林里嫔" given as teh name in the blog, "林里嫔"&cf=all Google News isn't empty but I have not idea what these results mean. I would worry about systemic bias in this particular case. -- Whpq (talk) 13:00, 12 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. It's not systemic bias.....it's verifiability. If I can't read the source, I can't WP:Verify it. Niteshift36 (talk) 14:05, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- comment - Although English sources are preferred, non-English sources are acceptable. And for subjects that are not well covered in English language sources, it will be difficult from a verification standpoint, but certainly it is not impossible as there are editors on the English wikipedia who can read Chinese. -- Whpq (talk) 14:26, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
