Zareef Minty (Born 24 January 1994) is a South African lawyer, politician and businessman. He is a LLB graduate at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa [1].

Zareef was appointed the national youth president of the Patriotic Alliance at the age of 19 [2]. He ran in the 2014 national general elections where he was 5th on the party’s parliamentary candidates list [3]. Zareef is a motivational speaker, where he speaks at schools around South Africa every fortnight.

At the University of the Witwatersrand, Zareef held the position of Chairperson of the Black Lawyers Association as well as the Treasurer of the Law Students Council [4].

Zareef won SABC 1 One Day Leader Season 4, One Day Leader is a prominent television program in South Africa that identifies and develops young leaders in the country [5].

Zareef made the Forbes Africa 30 under 30 list in 2018 under the business category [6].

Zareef also made the GQ Best Dressed list twice in 2015 and 2018 [7].
