WP:BLP of a government bureaucrat, not properly referenced as passing our inclusion criteria for government bureaucrats. The notability claim here is that she was chief of staff to a deputy president, which could get her an article if she could be shown to pass WP:GNG on her sourcing but is not "inherently" notable enough to guarantee inclusion without GNG-worthy sourcing -- but the only footnote here is her "staff" profile on the self-published website of the deputy president's office itself, which is not a notability-assisting source.
