Although the topics are closely related they are entities by themselves and can be discussed independently. At least mortgage yield can be. To merge them would not be entirely correct. A better idea would be to elucidate the relation between them on both their pages. What say? Nshuks7 (talk) 13:44, 4 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed. Finnancier (talk) 05:24, 19 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, you were right. I should have looked at the his last edits, too, which were clearly not vandalism. Thanks for catching that, and I changed it back. SU Linguist 15:54, 30 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Inflation-indexed bond

[edit]

But "principal is adjusted" by what means? I sure am not going to kick in more principal for this "adjustment". What if the principal has to be adjusted downward? Is the issuer taking it away from me? Thanks for any info you can offer 198.49.180.40 00:52, 4 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for continuing to discuss this. You sound like you know what you're talking about. I'm still in the dark though :) Please see the talk page again if you'd like to keep it up 198.49.180.40 22:18, 4 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Organize options spreads, strategies

[edit]

Boy there are a ton of articles, spread out that don't say much individually on these topics. Is there a place to discus a better form of organization? Or do you have a draft plan?

As for specific questions raised on Bull call spread, I'd (personally) like to see it focused on the net payoffs on the exipiration date - I mean what is really the difference between a bull call spread and a bull put spread?? This would suggest that credit and debit spreads are simply a technical point. But others might have a better organization plan.

Let me know what I can do. But I'd start with rewrites on most of these articles for style (more simple straightforward info, and less "instructions")

I'll see what I can do to merge bull call and bull put spreads into one, but tomorrow. BTW, I did the graph on Bull call spread and have mixed feelings on it. Is it good enough? Would others help for similar articles? Let's focus the discussion on Options strategies a a central point for discussion.

Please to a serious look at the above. Thanks in advance. Smallbones 14:02, 19 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Requesting Guidance

[edit]

Hello. I'm new to the wiki community and would like to start working on editing the property insurance page with the help and collaboration of more experienced contributors. Do you think you can help me?Lgkkitkat (talk) 17:24, 9 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Requesting Specific Guidance

[edit]

Perhaps my initial request was too vague. There is a recommendation that the Chartis article be merged with AIG's page. I think the Property Insurance page could be strengthened with parts of AIG's page since it shows how current events and emerging trends effect it's regulation by the government. Hurricane Sandy and updated payouts of the WTC are not on the Property Insurance page either - which to me seem to be relevant. Do you think adding more information would be beneficial to the Property Insurance page? If so would you be interested in collaborating what facts should be included? Any response would be kindly appreciated. Thank you.Lgkkitkat (talk) 18:04, 14 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. WikiProject Investment

[edit]

Hey there! I just re-launched the WikiProject Investment.

The site has been fully revamped and updated and I would like to invite you the project.

Feel free to check out the project and ping me if you have any questions.

I'd like to invite you to join the Investment WikiProject. There are a lot of Investment related articles on Wikipedia that could use a little attention, and I hope this project can help organize an effort to improve them. So please, take a look and if you like what you see, help get this project off the ground and a few Investment pages into the front ranks of Wikipedia articles. Thanks!

Cheers! WikiEditCrunch (talk) 19:24, 22 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
