Joyce Lawrence is a former state legislator in Colorado. She served in the Colorado House of Representatives from 1994 to 2002 when she ran for a state senate seat.[1] She served as Pueblo, Colorado's city council president. She is a Republican.[2] She served on the Capitol Development Committee[3] including as its chair.[4]
