I'm not sure whether you're choosing to ignore what you are being told, or whether you simply cannot understand it. You are prohibited from making any edit related to caste. After being blocked for one month for violating this, you immediately returned to making caste-related edits. I have therefore blocked you again, and blocked you indefinitely. This does not mean you are blocked forever; it means that to be able to edit again, you need to explain what it is you did wrong, and why it will not happen again.
