why

Is there any reſearch on why long s was uſed? It uſed to annoy me, but I've grown to like it. I just haven't ſeen much in the way of explaining it. Would be a good ſection to add if we could find any ſources. Metallurgist (talk) 13:50, 14 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
