Fails WP:BASIC / WP:ENT. A contributor to the previous AfD said that major American newspapers had run articles about Mr. Smothers. Those were duplicate copies of this Reuters human-interest story. I looked for additional sources and didn't find much. Here's some trivial coverage of his band [1][2]; his father mentioned him in an interview [3]; a National Post article about the children of celebrities included a paragraph about his family situation [4]. gnu57 13:23, 22 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
