Was deprodded without improvement, then after a week with no improvement, was sent to draft in hopes of improving the article, but was immediately returned to mainspace, again, without improvement. Currently it does not have enough in-depth sourcing from independent, reliable, secondary sources to meet notability. And searches did not turn up enough. See the source assessment table below (not sure why, but in the preview, source #11 does not show up, it is the best of the sourcing, and meets the criteria towards notability. It is for both footnote #11 and #12):
