I have seen 2022 World Cup bid, and there are 2 stadiums not built for 2022 FIFA World Cup, but this one is noticeable because it's last edited 3 years ago. After opening Google Maps, it's shown the stadium isn't exists, that means it might be cancelled, so it's might be not relevant anymore.
