Use this page to request the committee open an arbitration case. To be accepted, an arbitration request needs 4 net votes to "accept" (or a majority). Arbitration is a last resort. WP:DR lists the other, escalating processes that should be used before arbitration. The committee will decline premature requests. Requests may be referred to as "case requests" or "RFARs"; once opened, they become "cases". Before requesting arbitration, read the arbitration guide. Then click the button below. Complete the instructions quickly; requests incomplete for over an hour may be removed. Consider preparing the request in your userspace. To request enforcement of an existing arbitration ruling, see Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Enforcement. To clarify or change an existing arbitration ruling, see Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Clarification and Amendment. This page is for statements, not discussion.

Statement by Cossde
Oz346 removed [1] cited content attributed to the FBI stating that "One U.S. state agency has already been cited. Undue weight to focus on multiple agencies of the same state. Additionally this notice focus isn’t on humane rights violations but counterterrorism". Thereafter Oz346 and Petextrodon has repeatedly removed this content citing various wiki rules such as WP:NPOV and factual inacuaraises, spotty reach, properganda, at times conterdicting eachother. The comments/anaylsis in question is directly attributed to the FBI and shared from its own website [2], which has then been refered to by other RS such as the Times of India [3] and the Hindu [4] newspapers. My attempts to relocated this content to a suitable section has been met by stiff resistance and swfit removal of content. Therefore, I kindly request 3rd party arbitration to help settle this matter. Thank you. Cossde (talk) 16:44, 10 June 2023 (UTC)
