Controversy

Shubhneet Singh shared a portrait of India’s map showing concern for internet shutdowns on his instagram story where the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, and North Eastern States were not included in the light. He wrote "Pray for Punjab" along with this story, attracting criticism from some people including actress Kangana Ranaut who slammed the artist discourteously.[5] Later he deleted the portrait and replaced it with a new one that only featured the words "Pray for Punjab", without any accompanying photo.[6][7]
