Missing neutrality on Wikipedia Page

How can it be that any attempt to establish neutrality on the Wikipedia page ,,Dadvan Yousuf" is directly eliminated? This was not a block evasion but a suggestion with sources to revise and restore neutrality.
It looks more like @Lavalizard101 has a personal problem with the topic, the page or the person behind the Wikipedia page.
