This is the current revision of this page, as edited by 138.234.217.139 (talk) at 17:07, 25 August 2023 (The XVII Corps is not a modern corps of the United States Army, it was a corps that solely existed during the American Civil War. There has been no other Corps with that designation, but seeing as this page is solely for formations of the United States Army of the post WW1 era, it is irresponsible to list a civil war era unit with them.). Shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI) are cloth emblems worn on the shoulders of US Army uniforms to identify the primary headquarters to which a soldier is assigned.[1][2]
