Andrea Paola Bonilla (born 5 December 1986)[1][2] is an Ecuadorian long-distance runner. In 2021, she represented Ecuador at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.[3] She competed in the women's marathon.

In 2019, she competed in the women's marathon at the Pan American Games held in Lima, Peru.[4] In 2020, she competed in the women's half marathon at the 2020 World Athletics Half Marathon Championships held in Gdynia, Poland.[2]

She competed in the women's marathon at the 2022 World Athletics Championships held in Eugene, Oregon, United States.
