Anne Aslaug Sverdrup-Thygeson (born 1966) is a Norwegian biologist from Sarpsborg and professor in conservation biology at Norwegian University of Life Sciences at the Faculty of Environmental Sciences and Natural Resource Managment and scientific advisor at Norwegian Institute for Nature Research (NINA).

Publications

In 2018 she published the book Extraordinary insects : weird, wonderful, indispensable, the ones who run our worldillustrated by Tuva Sverdrup-Thygeson. The book has been translated and sold to 19 countries and was nominated for the Brage Prize.[1] The following year she published the non-fiction childrens book Tapestries of Life, Uncovering the Lifesaving Secrets of the Natural World which was later translated to english in 2022
