Re: The date Tanzania achieved independence -- it's 1961, not 1971

The line in the "History" section reading "equal partnership between De Beers and the colonial government of Tanganyika on August 13, 1958. In 1971, upon Tanzania's independence, the government nationalized the mine." Tanzania actually became independent in 1961 -- that is, not 1971-- and federated with Zanzibar in, I think, 1964.

While the date of independence is clear, I didn't change the text because I wasn't sure of the date the mine was initially nationalized.
