"Fatty meal"

The sentence "In this way, bile is stored in the gallbladder in between meal times and released after a fatty meal." sounds funny. How does the Gall Bladder analyze the contents of a meal in order to determine whether its contents are "fatty" or not? I guess this article needs the attention of a specialist. --AVM (talk) 12:32, 14 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
