136.8/134.2 = 1.02 Assume that sources used the same stats number, but varied in estimate, then 72.5% and 74% resp. (extreme numbers reasonably approximated to0.72 and 0.75) give reasonably close numbers for the census data (I failed to find so far): 99.18 and 99.3 mln respectively.
